The first step of the flexible solution is blow extrusion. Blow extrusion is a highly technical and critical process. Our polyethylene blow extrusion line equipt with cutting-edge technology paired with our experienced team and standardized, repeatable formulas enable us to produce toiler fitted and high-quality films for our solution partners. Ercan Flexible has 1,3 and 5-layer blow film extrusion and is capable of producing HDPE, LDPE, and MDPE films.
The second phase of the production, flexographic print is crucial. Overlook in the color schemes and print quality could alter customer behavior therefore print standart and excellence in quality assurance is key. With 1300mm width and up to 8 colors we can print photographic images.
